How to use?

The BH can be used in any type of change or maintenance of the development, page or application that you need.

Not cumulative

The BH are not cumulative in case the year ends and they have not been consumed. Valid for 1 year.

Empty Bag

If you run out of hours in your bag and need more changes, you need to buy another BH.

Validity

They can be used for changes of texts, images, distributions, configurations (not functionality). Business hours 8am 5pm M-F.

The BHs can NOT be used as following:

They may not be used for changes that damage functionality, usability or design. This in order to maintain the quality of the project and avoid platform failures, in case of a change of functionality, it should be a new scope.
They cannot be used due to errors or problems in the communication platform, connectivity, failure of internet provider services or any other third-party service involved in the projects.
Generation of new domains or new projects, new web pages, new stores or any other type of new platform or new development that implies a new functionality, new design or change in any design within the project or the original scope, this will have to be estimated or quote as a new project or requirement.
