The company interested in hiring our services can contact us through our website, email or by phone. In this initial stage, our sales or customer service team will attend to the inquiry, resolve doubts and gather preliminary information about the client's needs and requirements.

STEP 2: INITIAL MEETING 

Once contact is established, we will schedule a meeting with the client to discuss their needs and requirements in depth and generate a first contact matrix.

STEP 3: REQUIREMENTS ANALYSIS

At this stage and after our first approach, our team of analysts and consultants will meet with the client's representatives to understand their business objectives, technological challenges and expectations. We will schedule several meetings (3 to 5 meetings) to analyze specific requirements, capture details, functionalities and establish required priorities.

STEP 4: TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC PROPOSAL

With the information gathered during the requirements meeting, our team of experts will prepare a detailed technical and economic proposal. The proposal will include a description of the proposed solution, project scope, work methodology, estimated schedule and budget. This may take 20 to 30 business days.

STEP 5: PROPOSAL APPROVAL

Once the proposal is submitted to the client, our team will be available to answer any additional questions and make adjustments if necessary. Once the client approves the proposal, we will proceed to the next step.

STEP 6: FORMALIZE THE CONTRACT

Once the proposal is approved, we proceed to formalize the service contract. The contract will establish the terms and conditions agreed upon, as well as the responsibilities of both parties during the development of the project.

STEP 7: START OF DEVELOPMENT

With the contract formalized, our development team begins the process of implementing the solution. A team of highly trained professionals specialized in the required technologies will be assigned to carry out the project.

STEP 8: COMMUNICATION AND FOLLOW-UP

Throughout the development process, we maintain constant and transparent communication with the client. Regular meetings will be scheduled to review the progress of the project, demonstrate progress and adjust course if necessary.

STEP 9: DELIVERY AND POST-IMPLEMENTATION

Support Once development is complete, we will deliver the solution to the client and provide post-implementation support to ensure that the software runs smoothly and fully meets the client's needs.

STEP 10: EVALUATION AND FEEDBACK
